Booking Confirmation

  • Reservations are confirmed once a 50% down payment is made, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Full payment must be settled before the start of the trip.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled trip will be refunded less a 10% processing fee.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the trip are non-refundable.

Rental Inclusions

  • Rental rates include the use of the vehicle and the services of a licensed driver.
  • Fuel, toll fees, parking fees, and driver meals are normally shouldered by the client unless specified in a package.

Vehicle Use

  • Vehicles are for passenger use only; strictly no overloading.
  • No smoking, illegal substances, or hazardous goods inside the vehicle.

Delay & Extensions

  • Clients must inform us immediately if they need to extend their rental hours.
  • Additional charges will apply for overtime use beyond the agreed rental period.

Safety & Responsibility

  • Passengers are required to always wear seatbelts.
  • WikiTravel Inc. reserves the right to cancel or refuse trips that may compromise the safety of passengers or the vehicle.

Damage or Loss

  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by passenger negligence will be charged to the client.
